Additional Information on Donating to the Rye Youth Athletic
Refund Policy
If for any reason RYAF does not transfer funds to the City, donors will receive a
refund of their donation, minus any processing fees if the donation was made by credit card. In the event RYAF cannot complete the refund, your donation may be used for other purposes
consistent with RYAF’s charitable purposes. Your refund is not assignable or transferrable.
Tax Deduction Eligibility
RYAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with a federal tax ID (EIN) of 84-2394249. RYAF confirms that no goods or services have been provided to you in connection with this gift. Once RYAF transfers the funds to the City, your donation is tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax professional.
Use of Funds and Future Fund Management:
Your donation is intended to fund the Nursery Field Improvement Project. RYAF is committed to making the Nursery Field Improvement Project a success, but if the City returns funds to RYAF due to an inability to build the field or for any other reason, RYAF will retain the funds and repurpose them for similar projects at the board’s discretion.
